Book Condition Requirements
Please read through our condition requirements before sending anything to us. If you send something in violation of these requirements you will need to pay return shipping if you want it back. Otherwise it may be donated or recycled.
Unaccepted Items:
Rebound books
Excessively highlighted items
Books where pages are falling out or missing
Scratched / used access codes
Extremely worn books
Torn pages, torn cover, binding issues, torn corners.
Water damaged books
including any wavy pages, stained pages, pages stuck together.
Workbooks that have been filled out previously
Instructor edition or comp copies
Anything that says "not for resale" on it.
Counterfeit Items
